PERCS
For parking permits, fines, payment collection, and occupancy counting, the permitting enforcement, revenue, and collection system (PERCSTM) use LPR. It offers a full virtual permit system and gives you the freedom to run your parking business from any place with internet connectivity. Additionally, PERCS readily interacts with external systems for applications such as credential management, revenue control, and access control.
Making Parking Permits Digital
The parking permit is created by PERCS using VRS technology to transform a vehicle’s license plate and other characteristics, such as the make and colour of the car. Stickers and hang tags are no longer necessary thanks to PERCS. Administrators can manage users, tickets, appeals, parking groups, lots, and invoicing using the system. Additionally, you may run a number of predesigned and custom reports, audit the system, and track payments.
A BETTER USER EXPERIENCE
Users of PERCS can manage several vehicles and share permits among them while managing permit details, vehicles, and payment choices. To pay for invoices and citations, they may even have a registered credit card on their account.
Secure Payment Processing
Multiple payment methods are used to process credit card payments for any processor that has received client approval. Recurring payments are handled through a tokenized billing system that complies with PCI compliance standards.
DATABASE MANAGEMENT
The PERCS open architecture allows for easy communication with multiple external systems, thus creating a complete permit and citation system incorporating all parking types – gated or ungated, off-street, metered on-street, temporary visitors, and special events.
Citation Management
The eCite Pro citation management module, which is linked with PERCS and available to authorised administrators, stores all parking infractions and associated fines. It is possible to combine eCite Pro with citation processing services or third-party processing businesses. Custom notices, escalation schedules, search and pay by users, as well as the option to integrate your organisation’s logo and special web experience, are additional features of the citation letter creation feature.
