Clear vehicle recognition is the first step in LPR and vehicle recognition. Because of this, imaging units are designed to meet the precise specifications of LPR/VRS. Even in badly lit conditions and poor weather, they produce sharp, clear images.

DR200D High-Speed Imaging Unit

Modern LPR and VRS applications benefit greatly from the strong performance of the DR200d imaging unit. The high-speed DR200d is a 2.3MP CMOS global shutter camera with specialized lighting for exceptional performance in low light and in any weather. They can be set up over substantial single- and multi-site applications in a distributed network. A single lane controller can interact with up to four DR200d units at once.

DC1201A High-Speed Imaging Unit

Two commercial progressive-scan cameras with specialized lighting are part of the DC1201a high-speed imaging unit. Applications requiring high and medium speeds are best served by the camera/illumination unit. Either the front or the back of the license plate can be captured with the DC1201a.

QN70 Low-Speed, Long-Range Imaging Unit

A 2MP IP camera with customisable lighting and a vandal-proof 1P66 enclosure for both indoor and outdoor use are provided by the QN70 imaging unit. In low- and medium-speed applications, it offers accuracy and efficiency. The QN70 has a cutting-edge sensor that vastly increases its working range. A static image of the car for LPR/VRS and a video feed of the event are both provided by the unit’s live IP video stream, which also provides value.

QN20 Low-Speed, Short-Range Imaging Unit

The QN20 imaging device provides an indoor and outdoor 2MP IP camera with customizable lighting and a vandal-proof 1P66 enclosure. It is offered with units that use visible white light illumination for overview vehicle images and the capacity to read non-reflective plates, as well as units that use 850nm and 730nm IR spectrum illumination. The QN20 is designed to operate at up to 50 km/h. For added value, it also provides a live IP video broadcast.
