The cutting-edge mobile license plate inventory (LPI) system is called SeeMobileTM. The solution offers inventory information, real-time occupancy counts, and customised reporting. Additionally, SeeMobile and omniQ PERCSTM collaborate to manage parking tickets and enforce parking regulations.

Using specialized imaging equipment, SeeMobile enables law enforcement vehicles to record license plate information as they move along a pre-mapped path through a parking garage. In order to provide current inventory and occupancy counts by location, such as garage, lot, floor, and row, the system compares this data to other lists and hot lists. For administration, monitoring, and reporting purposes, the information is automatically synced to the SeeMobile server. The PERCS server, which can detect vehicle overstays or permit infractions, can also sync the data.
Per vehicle, SeeMobile supports up to two tyre stem cameras and four dual-head imaging systems.
